Logging in to KingKnight
- Go to kingknight.org and hit the Login button in the top-right corner of any page.
- Enter the email address your account was registered with.
- Type your password — it is masked by default; the eye icon reveals it if you suspect a typo.
- On a private device, you can tick Keep me signed in.
- Press Login — you return exactly where you left off, with your CAD balance showing in the header.
Mobile works the same way: the login button sits in the same corner, and with saved credentials, Face ID or a fingerprint signs you in without a single keystroke.
New to KingKnight? Register First
The KingKnight login only exists after registration, and that takes under two minutes: hit Register, enter email and password, select CAD as your currency, confirm you meet your province’s legal gambling age (18+ or 19+), and click the verification link in your inbox. Your first deposit then activates the welcome package of 100% up to C$750 + 200 free spins.
Recovering a Lost KingKnight Password
- On the login form, choose Forgot password?
- Type the email address on your account.
- Watch your inbox for the reset link — it usually shows up inside a minute (check spam if it doesn’t).
- Follow the link, set a fresh password and sign in.
Reset links die after 30 minutes as a safeguard. If the email address itself is out of reach, open live chat — once your identity is verified, support will migrate the account to a new address.
Two-Factor Authentication: Switch It On
Under Profile → Security, KingKnight supports TOTP two-factor authentication compatible with Google Authenticator, Authy and 1Password. With 2FA armed, a leaked password alone opens nothing — an intruder would also need your phone in hand. Setup is a single QR scan, and recovery codes cover a lost device. For any account carrying a real Canadian-dollar balance, this is the strongest security upgrade on offer.
Common Login Problems and Their Fixes
- “Wrong email or password” — autofill may be feeding an old password; run the reset flow instead of guessing, since five failed tries trigger a 15-minute lockout.
- Account temporarily locked — the lock lifts by itself after 15 minutes, or instantly after a password reset.
- Verification pending — if you registered but never clicked the confirmation email, request a fresh link from the login screen.
- Signing in while travelling — a login from an unexpected location can trigger a one-click email confirmation. That is the system working as intended, not a fault.
Keeping Your Session Secure
Every KingKnight session runs over TLS 1.3, and idle sessions are signed out automatically. On shared or public devices, skip “keep me signed in” and log out through the profile menu when you finish. Pair that with 2FA and a password you use nowhere else, and your account is as well-armoured as the knight on the crest.
